About Dr. Choudhri

Dr. Choudhri is a board-certified cerebrovascular, endovascular, and skull base neurosurgeon and a Clinical Associate of Neurological Surgery at the University of Chicago. He provides care at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Hinsdale, Bolingbrook, and Carol Stream, as well as at UChicago Medicine in Hyde Park. His practice includes brain aneurysms, arteriovenous and cavernous malformations, carotid disease, Moyamoya disease, stroke, pulsatile tinnitus and cerebral venous disease, and meningiomas and other skull base tumors.
